In the summer of '68 the the mysterious "Brillsville Neighborhood Watch" was set up to keep an eye on the residents. As quickly as the Neighborhood Watch was set up it was shut down again after the entire stock of official T-shirts was stolen. The T-shirts started to appear on the Black market and quickly became the unofficial uniform for notorious "2nd Sword Gang"
